Enquiries & Quotations

Product and pricing information provided in response to an enquiry is indicative and non-binding until confirmed in a formal, signed proforma invoice.

Orders & Payment

Order confirmation requires an agreed proforma invoice and payment terms, typically a deposit against production with balance due before shipment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Orders are placed and paid for outside this website.

Shipping & Risk

Responsibility for goods transfers according to the agreed Incoterm (EXW, FOB or CIF) specified on the order confirmation.
